Velo Apps (“Velo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides applications for the monday.com marketplace, including SubItems Pro. This policy applies when you use those applications, visit veloapps.in, or contact us for support.
We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers. SubItems Pro does use authenticated server-side processing and monday.com SecureStorage so background Rollup Sync can work.
01
Information we access
SubItems Pro accesses information through monday.com's APIs with the permissions granted when the app is installed or authorized. Depending on the feature you use, this can include:
- Account and user context: account ID, user ID, app feature context, and authorization/session information.
- Board structure: board identifiers and names, item and subitem identifiers and names, column definitions, and supported column types.
- Board values: the subitem and parent values required to create, clone, edit, aggregate, or write the result of an operation.
- Subscription information: plan ID, trial state, renewal context, and operations usage supplied by monday.com.
- Support information: your email address and anything you choose to include when contacting us.
We do not ask for or receive your monday.com password. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive board contents in support messages.
02
Information we store
Bulk create, clone, and edit operations run when you request them. We do not intentionally maintain a separate application database containing copies of item or subitem content from those jobs.
Rollup Sync is different because it runs after configured subitem changes. To provide that background feature, SubItems Pro stores the following in monday.com's SecureStorage:
- Per-account OAuth access authorization;
- Account and board identifiers;
- Saved rollup rules and whether they are enabled;
- Active-board index information; and
- Webhook identifiers and verification metadata.
When a relevant webhook event occurs, the service reads the board values needed for the configured rule, calculates the result, and writes the result to the selected parent column through the monday.com API.
03
How information is used
We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate requests and provide the app to the correct monday.com account;
- Create, clone, inherit, and edit subitems when you request those actions;
- Run configured Rollup Sync rules and maintain their webhook lifecycle;
- Apply plan, board, rule, and operations limits;
- Diagnose errors, secure the service, and respond to support requests; and
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Infrastructure and providers
SubItems Pro is hosted on monday code and uses the monday.com API, authentication, app subscription services, webhooks, and SecureStorage. monday.com's own privacy terms govern its platform.

Retention and deletion
We retain rollup authorization and configuration while needed to provide active Rollup Sync functionality, resolve security or operational issues, and meet legal obligations. Deactivating a rollup board removes its saved board configuration and webhook through the app's board-management flow.
Revoking authorization or uninstalling the app stops its continued access through monday.com. You may also contact us to request deletion of stored app configuration associated with your account. Support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to resolve requests and maintain business records.
06
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection in relation to personal information we control. You can:
- Manage or uninstall the app through monday.com;
- Deactivate active Rollup Sync boards in the app;
- Revoke app authorization through your monday.com settings; and
- Email us to make a privacy request.
We may need to verify your identity and account authority before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
07
Security
We use authenticated monday.com session tokens for client-to-server requests, per-account OAuth authorization for server-to-monday.com API access, HMAC-signed OAuth state, and verification tokens for webhook routes. Production authorization and rollup configuration are stored with monday.com SecureStorage.
No system is completely secure. If you believe you have found a security issue, contact us promptly and do not include sensitive credentials in the message.
08
International processing, children, and changes
monday.com and the other providers listed above may process information in countries outside your own. SubItems Pro is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the date at the top will show the latest revision.
